Troubleshoot and resolve desktop incidents. Manage disk and\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nfolder sharing, and permission settings on desktops. Handle printer problems at\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nusers desktops. Provide support to voice equipment including support for Lupin.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nVOIP voice devices such as plugging in the headsets and carrying out headset\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nsettings. Assist users in accessing applications
