VAM Systems is currently looking for Desktop Support Engineer for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Job Role:
The Engineers shall provide to Hardware and Software support services that will include:
Fixing bugs by applying updates, upgrades and software patches
Diagnose and find out faulty peripherals
Coordinate with vendors to get faulty peripherals replaced
Maintaining and fixing any error, failure or damage to the Desktop or laptop.
Managing windows operating system, connectivity issue, user level antivirus support etc.
Maintaining and troubleshooting laptops, desktop machines plugged in the network.
Providing advisory consultation related to infrastructure whenever it’s required.
Establishing policies and procedures to maintain the infrastructure.
Responsible for providing support at user Desk.
Knowledge of Active Directory
Managing Window Server O/S
Knowledge of Office 365 Administration
Knowledge and Hands-on on CISCO Switches and IP telephony
Candidates should have
Minimum five (5) years of experience.
Fluent in spoken and written English .
Proven troubleshooting skills with above hardware and software technologies.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Must work on own initiative.
Input into the evaluation of new products.
Documentation of procedures
Strong organizational and time management skill

Joining time frame: 15 – 30 days
