You will be a member of the Systems Engineering Team at Cadence with a focus on developing and optimizing solutions for a wide range of IP products. Neural networks are being developed and deployed in a wide range of markets, from IoT to surveillance to automotive. The computational, power, and memory requirements to process this data are continuously increasing, with new networks and new ways to approach deep learning every day.

You will be a member of the Systems Engineering Team at Cadence with a focus on developing and optimizing solutions for a wide range of IP products. Neural networks are being developed and deployed in a wide range of markets, from IoT to surveillance to automotive. The computational, power, and memory requirements to process this data are continuously increasing, with new networks and new ways to approach deep learning every day.
As a member of this team, you would be involved in one or more of the following:
- You would design, develop and debug solutions and optimize power, performance and area for scalable IP products for use in diverse fields
- You would work with other development engineering teams as well as the customer support teams.
- You would be involved in supporting customers with the programming, use and integration of these IP products into their systems.
- You would add features, optimization strategies, interfaces and new configurations to our products
- You would develop new automation strategies and scripts in Python and Perl
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in EE/Computer Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of computer architecture of embedded processors
- Proficient in programming with a good understanding of efficient implementation of high-performance algorithms and data structure design
- C/C++, Python programming skills is required good understanding of compilers is a plus
- Strong communication skills – written and oral are required
- Understanding of Neural Networks / Deep Learning concepts, knowledge of neural network frameworks and/or projects in areas of vision, speech is a plus
