Preparation of Transfer Pricing documentations for Olam entities across Africa, Europe, Asia, US and LATAM in accordance with local country regulations
Coordination and liaising with regional tax/ finance teams to collate information for intra-group transactions
Analyse the economics of related party transactions and if the agreed Transfer Pricing policies are appropriately applied
Participate in functional interviews to identify functions and risks relevant to the intercompany transactions
Review of benchmarking analyses conducted by external consultants, including financial transactions
Partnering with multiple stakeholders to provide support on transfer pricing related issues
Provide operational support in reviewing and alignment of market price information for the various commodities traded by Olam
Apply statistical tool and technology in day to day working
Assist in process improvements to ensure efficient workflow to maximize efficiency and quality of information flow
Profile Description
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 5 to 8 years of experience in Transfer Pricing and Compliance matters including preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentations, Accountant’s Report, Tax Submissions, etc. preferably with previous experience working with Big4 firms
Should be a good team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Should have the ability to work independently in an organized and systematic manner
Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
Should be proactive, meticulous in document management, meeting deadlines and able to effectively prioritize
Should be an enthusiastic, confident and display excellent communication skills
