Job Description

  1. The individual will be responsible for developing product and process manuals from the scratch.
  2. Manage product performance and policy adherence to the fullest and any breach against the benchmark/threshold are to be quickly highlighted.
  3. Train and develop the employees of the channel partner (Business correspondent) and make them fully equipped.
  4. Ensure full compliance to the regulatory and policy guidelines and be informed about any changes.
  5. Explore potential new products intervention and roll out by gathering market intelligence and adding much required analytics and projections.
  6. Getting the product and processes duly approved from product committee, operations, risk and credit with proper logical representation.
  7. Manage inside and outside stakeholders like insurance partners, third party product partners.
  8. Responsible for ensuring CRM and grievances redressal of clients and BCs relating to product feature and delivery issues.
  9. Responsible for addressing reconciliation issues, FLDG documentation and revocation during extreme situation.
  10. Ensure all claim and receivable settlements including fee incomes, BC fees, Process fee sharing and income from insurance and third-party products.

Good communication skill written and verbal, ability to design and develop product and policy framework, Good analytical skill and ability to plan and forecast, A self-starter and team player, ability work with limited instruction, good knowledge of regulatory dynamics
Education
Master’s degree, MBA, PGP Rural Management preferably from a premier B School
Experience
4 to 7 Years
Desired experience

  1. Experience working in a NBFC, NBFC MFI, SFB or Bank
  2. At least 2 years in a team handling product management and business planning
  3. Deep understanding of microfinance, rural finance business. Experience working on BC model will be a plus.
  4. Understanding of various product line including JLG, individual retail micro loan, insurance products, cross sell products (financial and non financial)
