Micro Focus is looking for an experienced Integration Admin with strong issue resolution and problem-solving skills. The candidate should have good knowledge of BOOMI and flexible to learn legacy tools. The candidate would be working with end users to identify and understand application issues with an eye toward overall problem resolution and not just simple fixes. Understanding of the BOOMI platform and troubleshooting techniques within it. Experience with ITSM tools and incident and problem management is a must. We require excellent communication abilities and great customer service practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on deployment, maintenance, and administration of integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on-premise using Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform (Cloud Integration, Application Integration, and Enterprise web services APIs).
  • Managing, Monitoring, Sustaining, Troubleshooting and supporting existing Architecture.
  • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to define and determine integration requirements.
  • Provide development team with technical subject matter expertise and work with the team
  • Drive organization to improve data integrity for company-wide analytics
  • Interface with both internal/external technical experts to drive system solutions
  • Acquire and maintain a clear understanding of the technologies utilized in Micro Focus products, parts, and services.
  • Strong understanding of various protocols/methods of communication, including XML, XML Schemas, WSDL, SOAP, REST, JSON, Groovy, FTP, SFTP, PGP, JDBC/SQL/RDBMS, JMS queues, Mail and HTTP/HTTPS.
  • Perform other related tasks as required All listed tasks and responsibilities are deemed as essential functions to this position however, business conditions may require reasonable accommodations for additional task and responsibilities.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Dell Boomi or comparable middle ware technology.
  • Experienced in working with the hybrid architecture.
  • Good experience with other SaaS-based business applications a plus: NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday etc.
  • Good monitoring and troubleshooting experience in Dell Boomi.
  • Hands on experience in working with JMS Queues (Preferably Solace).
  • Ability to set business requirements against the capability of the Dell Boomi platform.
  • Experience mapping, creating, transforming XML, CSV, flat file, data schemas for different systems.
  • Record of strong advancement and achievement.
  • Architect technical solutions to business problems and work closely with the business.
