Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Proficient in working directly with business users to understand business processes, gather & document requirements, and work closely with the user community to implement system changes that meet business needs.
Experience interpreting and writing Functional Requirements and Data Mapping documents
Technical proficiency, with the ability to understand data flows and the flow between complex, integrated systems
Experience with exploratory testing and collaborating with Development & QA teams, Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Key Accountabilities :
Writing business rules in Decision rule system (Business rule engine) with end to end ownership
Managing policy deviations as guided by respective NRM & adhere to credit policy signing process
Eligibility calculator in business rule engine to enable accurate automated output based on input
Managing approval matrix for moving rules to production
End to End stakeholder & vendor management related to BRE
Managing structured & unstructured data input request and process with the BRE tool
Technical Competencies :
Should have first-hand experience of developing risk framework
Keen interest for technology application to risk framework
Good knowledge of computer applications
Testing plan for newly configured rules

3+ Years of Experience in managing business rule engine
Experience with the Decision Management Platform or Blaze rules engine (Similar business rule engines)
Working experience or understanding of Underwriting in the Indian lending market
