Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Create & maintain marketing KPI dashboards & reports.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in working with tools like SAS, R, E-miner, MATLAB or UNICA etc.
3. Understanding of Data management concepts is preferred.
Design solutions & lead execution in advanced analytics engagements by understanding problems, identifying the most suitable approach.
4. Build Predictive & Prescriptive models leveraging machine learning & especially using R/Python/Bayeslab/SAS miner etc.
5. Provide thought leadership to the business team especially in marketing analytics such as MROI, Marketing Mix, Campaign Analytics etc.
6. Structure design concepts to create compelling & effective presentations & other visuals that convey solutions & analytical results clearly & effectively to the company.
7. Consult actively with business users to ensure that solutions are tailored to business needs & will support or result in actionable customer strategies, participate in a consultative role in implementing solutions.
8. Ensure detailed project documentation of the effectiveness of analytics-based strategies in organization, measuring the value of analytical solutions and reinforcing its value proposition.
9. Be a part of a highly competent & motivated team in delivering best-in-class models resulting in meaningful insights to the company.
