Job Summary Support the Online Plant Analytics Department. Develop tools on MS Excel & VBA to simulate process parameters Create machine learning models to predict production/throughput based on the raw material quality and operating conditions. Support the company’s marketing efforts through data analytics; Demonstrating to clients performance enhancement in the Process Industry using Online Big Data acquisition & analysis; Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts Application of tools such as Hadoop, R, Matlab, Python, SQL, SAS, SPSS, etc.

- Demonstrating to clients performance enhancement in the Process Industry using Online Big Data acquisition & analysis
- Assess the effectiveness of data acquisition techniques/ protocols and the accuracy of acquired data.
- Mine & analyze data from Server databases to effect performance enhancement in a manufacturing environment by developing & applying customized data models and algorithms to data sets.
- Coordinate with domain experts to implement models and monitor performance outcomes.
- Use predictive modelling to estimate future outcomes due to changes in input conditions
