Job Timings: Monday to Friday: 10am to 7pm | Saturday: 10am to 5pm
CRM
 Responsible for Client Servicing and Business Development
 Responsible for doing client meetings and presentations
 Liasoning and followup with clients (brands) and developers
 Doing market survey and market research
 Making site visits with clients
 Ensuring smooth backend operations
 Managing a team of CRO’s
 Responsible for timely resolution of customers queries
 Proven skills in using and knowledge of internet
 Skills in Identifying and shortlisting properties online
 Knowledge of Autocad would be an added benefit
 Maintaining MIS and generating required reports
 Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

 Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal)

CRO

 Handling client service and backend operations
 Direct point of contact for customer queries
 Liasoning and followup with clients and developers
 Coordination with the internal teams
 Proven skills in using and knowledge of internet
 Skills in Identifying and shortlisting properties online
 Maintaining minutes of meetings
 Maintaining MIS and generating required reports
