Jobs & Responsibilities:
Understanding of International Trade to be able to adapt and deliver required task for execution of given activities.
Maintain and update systems with latest information provided by customer / vendor
Timelines are important to meet and strictly followed as guided by supervisors.
Answering calls and resolving queries about services of company.
Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.
Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about product/services or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts.
Responding to inquiries concerning things or the organizationor escalate if required
Considering the details of each services and staying side by the side of updates to these documents.
Acquiring and updating required documents for execution of given job
Calling active or old customers to encourage for service improvement
Candidate Requirement
Proven experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role.
High school diploma; Any Graduate (Computer Graduates will be added advantage).
Good Reading and writing knowledge of the English language
Good knowledge of computer programs like (Microsoft Office) and other telephone systems
Ability to switch communication styles
Candidate Should Be Flexible Working in Shift Environment
Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints
Data entry skills
Compensation Details
Rs.10,000 to Rs15000 pm
