Senior Marketing Manager

Our Marketing Director is responsible for implementing our go-to-market strategy to create, groom and grow the Topcoder marketing and sales funnel. The ideal candidate is a connector who can string myriad marketing and sales efforts, content, and targets into successful, on-going campaigns to uplift brand awareness, increase inbound and outbound lead production, and help drive prospects through the funnel with increased speed. CORE OBJECTIVES Create and execute on a marketing and sales funnel vision Decide on the marketing mix b/w Inbound, Outbound, Account Based Marketing (ABM), Field Events & AR, and Channel Partnerships  Help establish, train, and grow, the efficacy of an internal BDR/SLR team – then run the team effectively to meet funnel expectations Execute wholistic, measurable, and effective marketing campaigns by spanning internal and external teams and thinking critically on how efforts can be woven together to assure best outcomes Establish key personas and customer journey mapping, then implement the mapping with help from operations, content, and field marketing Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly ROI results and overall marketing demand-gen efficacy as well as metrics that matter to the brand Own and drive SEO and PPC practices to support the demand generation funnel The Marketing Director will work directly with the VP of Marketing and executive team to identify, create, build, and grow the demand-generation funnel and will be responsible for communicating clearly, our progress and pipeline opportunities for all aspects of our funnel. To be successful at the above, this candidate needs to demonstrate past success tied to marketing and campaign planning, execution and evolution of the business strategy, CRM execution and reporting (Salesforce experience is a plus), along with the ability to collaborate with colleagues leading content, brand assets, events, sales, and more. Demonstrated success of creating and executing persona-driven digital campaigns, with custom sequences, automations, tied to specific ROI goals is essential to this role. The candidate must possess strong internal communications skills as this role will contribute heavily to internal knowledge, sales momentum, and driving leaderships vision and principles forward throughout the organization.
