  • Work closely with the Product, Technology and Business teams to devise the best and most innovative solutions for solving our customer’s needs.
  • Monitoring performance of Solutions

  1. Process Management
  • Ensure uniform process
  • Analyzing various processes and recommending process changes to initiate cost savings ,optimize resources and enhance operational efficiency
  • Monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
  • Random Process Audits
  1. Efficiency & Productivity Improvement.
  • Increase Productivity through internal process reviews

Qualification: MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or Equivalent
