Responsibilities
As a Corporate Action Consultant you will hold overall responsibility for planning, executing and monitoring daily operations of Corporate Action Pre-Processing in line with agreed Service Level Agreements. You will ensure efficient cooperation with other Banking Operations units. You will closely cooperate with Pre-Processing (managing the Security Events creation and the release of the notifications) and Processing teams (managing mainly the instructions and bookings processes) in 3 different locations: Switzerland, Germany and Singapore. You will maintain occasional contact with the clients custodians network in relation to their service.
Skills
Must
Relevant professional experience in the banking back office
Know-how in the Corporate Actions area (both voluntary and mandatory events)
Capability to autonomously get around in a highly challenging, fast-paced and complex environment
Flexibility and willingness to learn
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a good command of written and spoken German and English
Excellent organization skills
Willingness to travel within Switzerland and abroad (per individual arrangement)
Nice to have
Knowledge of Avaloq Core Banking Suite
Command of Italian
Languages
