Primary Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain Oracle EBS components
Mentor teammates on technical and non-technical skills
Analyze log files to help debug problems
Provide ongoing application maintenance and support
Represent the team in meetings with stakeholders
Perform key maintenance activities and project tasks, including requirements
elicitation and analysis, functional design, standard and custom configurations, documentation, functional testing and release support
Provide functional validation and support for scheduled maintenance outages,
environment refreshes, and quarter-end activities; occasionally this will be outside of core business hours
Assess the impact of potential changes and solutions to mitigate negative outcomes
Required Skill :
5+ years Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) Techno-functional experience on Oracle HCM modules
Technical knowledge and experience on O2C modules
Strong Oracle PL/SQL development experience
Experience with OA Framework
2+ years working in an Agile team environment
2+ years working with distributed source control such as Git, including branching and merging
BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a closely related field
Demonstrated ability to manage and plan in a fast-paced, team-focused environment; proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks/projects is essential
Fluent English language proficiency
Detailed and concise written and verbal communication and documentation skills
Expertise in facilitating meetings, webinars, and conference calls
Ability to understand, adhere to, and drive existing team processes and ongoing improvements
Strong communication skills that foster relationship-building with Business and IT stakeholders
Sound judgment and independent decision-making regarding the viability of solutions and abstract concepts
