Designs and develops test cases, test environment, test data and executes them to ensure the quality of the solution .Analyze users’ stories and requirements for validity and feasibility and develops test scenarios around these.Designs and develops test plans, test cases, setup test environment, and test data to ensure the quality of the solution .
*This will be a Contractual Assignment of 6 months extendable based in Pune.
Job Specification –
• Experience in testing customer facing industries like hospitality, healthcare, banking, travel and tourism etc will be an added advantage.
• Must have minimum 7 years’ experience in Quality Assurance / Testing experience, have 3+ years as a functional software tester or similar role.
• Must have excellent knowledge of testing methodologies and enforcing SDLC policies for web and mobile applications.
• Must have hands on experience in doing manual testing, not only identify and record problems, but also do root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of issue tracking tools such as – JIRA / HP ALM, Zoho BugTracker, Bugzilla, Backlog etc.
• Have good understanding of automated testing using tools like Selenium, HP-QTP, Watir, Maven, Cucumber etc.
