A Contractor who has taken work in Kerala PWD is to have registered in the Contractor portal to view his works with PWD and do the official requirements for awarding and executing the works. Depending upon the prevailing Government rules and guidelines , contractors can do their tender acceptance negotiations, get letter of acceptance, do site take over, record measurements(for works above 5 Crores), measurement acceptance, bill views , time extension applications and approvals, payment of fee or fines etc online through contractors portal. The contractor can view and track the status of his requests and applications through this system. This system aims to bring transparency and accountability in the execution of public works.
