Training of designers on new tools, processes and skills development.

Work with Operations Head, Content Authors, Business Team, Relationship team, etc. to design and create the content for every class.
Search for new content as needed, which may include going through a variety of sources like YouTube, Google Images, Documentaries, National Geographic, Current affairs, etc.
Build processes to structure and automate the design processes at Genius.
