Job Description: Requirement:
1. Candidate should have good report writing skills and preferably someone with experience in using analytics tools such as SPSS, STATA and/or advanced excel
2. Experience of at-least 2-4 years preferably in the technical vocational education space doing analysis , research based work. Experience in doing impact assessment, training need identification, content/curriculum development aligned to industry, etc. can also be considered. Govt/private experience – both are acceptable as long as the work profile is relevant. The role is ideal for someone with an experience of btw 2 to 6 years.
3. The candidate should certainly have excellent communication skills and someone who can work closely with the client and deliver tasks
4. Experience in consulting , impact assessment organizations, research based organizations . I am NOT looking for candidates from TPs for this particular profile
5. The candidate should be flexible to travel around to the field locations in Uttarakhand for assessments
6. Looking for someone who can join immediately
7. Duration of contract – 6 months, but if the candidate is really good we may consider to do a 1 year contract
Key Skills: Educational Qualification:
Master’s degree preferred.
