We are currently seeking a Compliance Senior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN). – Reviewing, creating, and handling a wide variety of US State and Federal Laws and Regulations. This position would be responsible for the coordination and communication of the US laws and regulations with the NTT Clients, as well as the state regulators. – Draft, maintain, prepare documents such as memorandums, reference documents, addendums, and notices pertaining to new laws and regulations. – Review contracts and streamline them into separate charts to capture the various Client requirements. – Create and review Insurance related 50 State Charts. This would encompass all insurance related processes that pertain to specific laws and regulations that are to be supported by insurers, third party administrators, producers, etc. – Provide Legal expertise whenever needed. – Able to make independent decisions that have a significant impact on strategic direction. – Maintain, prepare other legal documents or agreements as needed by the Compliance Director. – Participate in client discussions where laws and regulations are applicable to the line of business and provide inputs. This position will also be responsible for working with the various administrative and shared service teams to ensure Compliance with the Laws and Regulations.
