o The candidate should have experience and skill sets in working in process driven environments
o Ability to handle operations intensive MIS report generation for responding to requirements of senior management reporting, audit reporting
o Should have experience of handling audit related responses, data aggregation and MIS reporting to take care of audit queries
o Very Advanced to expert level skills and experience of working in Excel (PIVOTS, VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP, FILTERS, CHARTING, Data handling.
o Experience of working on IT projects (such as being involved in business requirement document preparation, coordinating IT development, automations) in their core operations area (such as automation projects, development requirements for MIS systems and platforms.
o Above average verbal and written communication skills in English (email communication)
