Company : Leading providing cleaning & hygiene products and services to the hospitality, food service, retail, medical, and building service contracting industries.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Distributor management including onboarding and training, processing of various types of claims and reviewing distributor performance on a periodic basis
• Maintaining checks and balances; and managing the process flow in claims processing software (Distributor Management ERP or DERP)
• Resolving queries from the distributors & end-customers in a time bound manner
• Leading SAP implementation around claims management process from existing JDE based systems
• Performing month-end activity around provisioning, general ledger reviews, preparation of rebate audit schedules etc.
• Publishing monthly Rebate Forecast, functional KPIs achievement and scorecards
• Liaising with Sales team/Business Director/ Distributors & Finance Business Partner for rebate related matters
• Leading and providing direction to the Rebates team
• To work with internal and external departments in maintaining relationships that allow constant communication/feedback to foster continuous improvement.
• To perform other activities/ special duties / analysis as requested by the management.
Experience & Skills:
The candidate should have:
• An exposure of working with an MNC
• Proficiency in MS-Excel and working knowledge of ERP (SAP/JDE preferred)
• Commercial experience of working with the sales team and external sales partners (distributors etc.)
• A high level of process orientation and preferably have team management
