Job Description :
Business development To achieve budgeted business targets of the region assigned by the management across all parameters i.e. Business, Portfolio & Portfolio quality, housekeeping & cross sell. Provide strategy and plan for meeting targets / objectives provide guidance and direction on various parameters of business so that targets are met. Portfolio quality in terms of Rotations and NPA Control. Work towards balanced growth of business across various parameters for planned asset growth Customer service & Competition Analysis Delivering unmatched customer service. Understanding the products/ processes of competition and suggesting customized product offerings by taking up with appropriate product teams. To start business in new locations for generating business from untapped areas. Retention of existing customers from competition by delivering exceptional service Team management Working together with Product Team and Credit for exploring new opportunities and work on potential areas. Analysis of MIS. Analysis of performance of all channels including RM’s, SOs, HBLs and branches. Stress on performance driven culture. Arranging training as per team’s requirement to enable them to perform as per their capabilities. Promoting team culture so that everyone works as a team Recruitment and training of staff for adequate exposure basis skill, product / operational knowledge. Staff Motivation and morale Cross functional Management Work on synergy between all the verticals towards shared objective of capturing the business potential and being a market leader in the region. Need to co-ordinate with different cross functions viz, credit, Ops, RIC, branch , Collections etc to keep all teams with similar understanding of bank policies and process Others Undertaking Marketing Activities Branch visits Leadership in propagating the One Bank objective Communication of Senior Management directives down the line Providing constructive feedback/solutions for customer/business issues Any other task assigned by seniors from time to time.
