Job Description :
As we grow, we are excited to add to our Cloud Software team. Our servers run a J2EE stack on a linux o/s, with a mix of proprietary and open-source software. We provide interfaces for customer UIs, and relay alarm signals to a 24×7 monitoring center. On this team you will work closely with our mobile developers, as well as our embedded software and QA teams. You will work on projects including home security, streaming video, and home automation. You will develop software that interacts with a variety of sensors, IP cameras, voice-activated assistants and more.
Job Requirements

• 8/4 years (sr/jr): Design/Develop Distributed Services in Java
• 4/2 years (sr/jr): Linux
• Experience with Web Services: SOAP, REST, WebSockets
• Experience with development tools: GIT, JIRA, maven, Jenkins
• Experience with data storage systems: SQL, Key-Value, Document Store

Optional Experience – Nice to have

• Developing for Android or iOS
• Streaming video or embedded software
• DevOps tools and practices:
  • Ansible, Shell Scripts, Cloud Services, Server Metrics
