Cloud Architect:
Required Experience

1. 7-12 Years into IT with 3-7 years of technical experience in a solution architect/ Consultant profile. Should have played a key role in architecting and solutioning of hybrid infrastructure in expert level.
2. Good understanding of hybrid infrastructure offerings: Consulting, transformation, consolidation, migration, server virtualization, storage consolidation, network and security, Disaster recovery processes.
3. In depth knowledge of key AWS services AWS EC2, ECS, Auto Scaling, CDN, VPC, Transit Gateway, VPC peering, subletting, S3 Storage, EFS, RDS, SES, Route 53, API Gateway, CloudWatch, CloudTrail etc
4. Strong working experience on IaC tool – AWS CloudFormation/Terraform.
5. Experience on Migration services like DMS, SMS, Cloud Endure, Azure Site recovery
6. Experience over AWS security services like IAM, GaurdDuaty, Inspector, KMS
7. Knowledge on Docker and containers.
8. Proven experience assessing clients workloads and technology landscape for Cloud suitability, develop business case and Cloud adoption roadmap
9. Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive project from architecture standpoint
10. Knowledge of best practices and market trends pertaining to Cloud and overall industry to provide thought leadership (seminars, whitepapers etc.,) and mentor
i. team to build necessary competency.
11. Experience to build scalable production systems (load balancers, mem cached, master/slave architectures)
12. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
13. Responsible for translating customer requirements into consistent, compliant, value-added solutions, creating associated cost models and associated proposal documentation, managing due diligence and assisting in contract negotiations, as needed.
14. Ability to assess the current IT environment and be able to provide appropriate technical solutions to address business challenges related to public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid set up.
15. Architect/re-architect, Design/re-design, Expand/Migrate Customer Data Centers and prepare related Application Architecture/Design/Migration Documents
16. Should have Consulting/architect exposure/understanding on Converged, hyper converged, SDDC, and Public cloud based opportunities.
17. Actively participate as a specialist on assigned / Virtual Team(s) and/or Solutions Team(s). Thorough competitive knowledge on on-Prem, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure including solution, technology and product offerings.
18. Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively, add value as a team member and assume a leadership role for the team. Demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills. Ability to train and disseminate information within an Area or Operation.
19. Hands-on experience with designing and implementing secure Azure Hybrid cloud Infrastructure along with IAM integration and practices like Azure Active Directory, Local Active Directory, ADFS, AD connect, MFA Server, Azure MFA, RBAC, Conditional Access, Office 365, Exchange server, Monitoring frameworks etc.
20. Migration of on premise physical server, virtual servers and applications on to MS Azure.
21. Implementation of Azure resources using ARM Templates and DevOps tools (VSTS).
