• Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives (Sales, Operations and Profitability)
• Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
• Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
• Build trust relations with key Business partners and Vendors
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
• Meeting the Topline and Bottomline targets of the Company.
• Main functions reporting: Manufacturing, R&D, HR, Finance and Purchase
The candidate must have:
• Prior exposure to the automobile industry
• Have some experience in Finance / Marketing
• Should be experienced in managing and leading a team
• Must have demonstrated the ability to think and execute new projects
