JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – Finance & Accounts
The company is seeking to recruit Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – Finance & Accounts in BAA. The candidate selected would be a CA with with extensive experience in Financial and Accounting aspects of a medium d enterprise in India. The position would report to the Group CFO.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Corporate Finance & Accounts functions.
2. Preparing and presenting monthly financial statement, analytics and MIS reports to the Management
3. Taxation related work
4. To drive internal and statutory audit programs in group companies
5. Coordination on all ROC and Companies Act related work in liaison with company secretary
6. Coordination on secretarial work – Board Resolution, Minutes, legal documents, rent agreements, property tax, and company information from ROC etc.
7. Banking related work – both day to day corporate banking and director’s personal accounts
8. Co-ordination on all RBI Compliances through AD Banks for all group companies including foreign subsidiaries
9. Responsible for and coordination on investment accounting – both corporate and director’s personal and coordination on execution of investment/redemption decision, reports etc.
Skills Expectations:*
1. Experience in Corporate Banking and RBI related work.
2. Experience in corporate and personal investments related work.
3. Experience in secretarial & ROC documentation work.
4. Must be ERP proficient. Additionally exposure to Tally package is must.
5. Should have working knowledge of GST, TDS/taxation and commercial matters.
