We are looking experience candidates for Centre Manager(Handling offices for training services) in our company.

Job responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all the records of training courses for certificates and files of candidates with all required documents as per accreditation manual of all courses.

• Maintain and update the training sheets every day for all centres with all details and mail to training supervisor/director daily.

• Advise to asst. centre manager to arrange like stationary, manual, instructors, logistic, accommodation, simulator etc. On centre where already have booking at least 1-2 week before the course.

• Update the training brochure, manual, assignment etc. time to time coordinating with GMT and advise Asst. centre manager to buy such goods as per requirement.

• Check and update the training course schedule on training website time to time as per requirement. Make sure minimum 6 month advance schedule must be on website always for all courses/centres.

• Advice training assistant to provide the material to candidates during training and arrange their tea/coffee lunch etc. also Keep track on the usage of all supplies for reporting purposes.

• Ensure boardroom and equipment, refreshments etc. is arranged for trainings for training candidates on each centre one day before course started.

• Provide administrative support as required, particularly during trainings including photocopying, scanning, collating, document formatting, and binding.

• Keep in contact with training supervisor on all issues relating to the training and with GMO/Director in his unavailability.

• Arrange and provide secretarial services for weekly/monthly to training staff meetings.

• Maintain the stock of all certificates from IADC and request to Training supervisor to order once it is going to finish.

• Any other task can be given time to time.

• Attach training sheet every day to TS and director
