Primary responsibilities
 Coaches and mentors the team (Product Owners and Business Analysts) towards building a high performing self-sustaining team to deliver world class technical solutions to our customers.
 Help in inculcating a product mindset in all team members
 Work closely with the solutions/product management teams to help in realizing product roadmaps
 Collaborates with a myriad of stakeholders towards successful implementation of technology solutions.
 Ultimately responsible for timely delivery of high qualitysoftware and value addition to customers.
 Motivates and builds teams that are self-sustaining and willing to break new paths in software innovation.
