JOB PROFILE
Finalization (Preparation and finalization of company accounts)
Preparing Provisional financials for management review and for banking requirements and
Consolidation of accounts
Maintaining accounts of the organization, ensuring compliance with Accounting Standards and managing the consolidation / finalization of the financial statements.
Taxation (Ensuring compliance with all statutory taxation requirements such as EPF, GST Returns and TDS Compliances) knowledge of Direct & Indirect taxation
Manage statutory auditors
Preparing and providing MIS reports as required by management.
Reviewing the work done or data prepared by juniors, guiding, or correcting them wherever required (Manage a team of4-5 staff)
