- Key Responsibilities : A: Understanding and analysing business expectations and conducting workshops Preparing Business process flows and eliciting the business requirements and documenting comprehensive business requirements Collaborating with technical team to communicate and expound requirements and contributing to development of the requirements Preparing business scenarios and supporting artifacts for the Testing Team Contribution to Insurance CoE in driving RFI / RFP and other proposal activities
- Technical Experience : A: Should have 6 years of experience on Insurance Domain especially Policy and Claims processing Must have strong requirements gathering and documentation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships, able to comfortably converse with all facets in the clients organization Excellent solution evaluation skills Drive technology solutions from a holistic and business value perspective Exposure/Experience in Agile SCRUM methodology
- Professional Attributes : A: Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently B: Excellent customer service attitude, communication skills written and verbal, and interpersonal skills C: Excellent organizational and time management skills
