- Project Role Description :Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthe information.

- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : 1: Must have to Lead discussions with business application teams to gather analyze business requirements and transforming them into IT requirements 2: Must be Assisting with the business case 3: Must be Eliciting requirements and Translating and simplifying requirements, Requirements management and communication 4: Must have Hands-on experience in business requirement gathering and analysis
- Technical Experience : 1: Should have experience in writing good quality User Stories depending upon the requirement Functional and Technical and prioritizing them 2: Should have good understanding of SQL 3: Should have experience in defining Business process flow 4: Must have hands-on experience on tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Word, Excel etc 5: Must have experience in a collaborative, multi-disciplined team environment
- Professional Attributes : 1: Should have strong communication skills 2: Should have strong design and implementation experience 3: Should be quick learner and flexible to explore new technical areas as per project need
- Educational Qualification : Masters / Bachelors degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Equivalent
