JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Context/Purpose:
To Increase revenue and growth of the Aerospace vertical through Manufacturing, Engineering, Software services in both Indian and International markets. Research, identify, develop, qualify, plan and accomplish business opportunities with existing and new customers. Build client engagement and manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including accurate reporting and forecasting of the individual sales pipeline.
Roles & Responsibilities Identify and develop business opportunities for Software, Engineering design and Manufacturing services in the Aerospace domain in worldwide market.
Pursue business opportunities, from initial contact through the whole engagement spectrum of commercials, design, engineering, development, qualification, certification and manufacturing process, all the way to customer satisfaction and continued loyalty.
Create and build expertise in development of aerospace products and the competitive landscape.
Work with the various competency and delivery centers of the organization to provide vertically integrated full spectrum solutions to fulfil the business objectives of the BU.
Update, enhance, maintain and support the Flight Data Analysis software product business, by finding new markets, new opportunities, and product enhancements.
Support and implement the executive management’s vision and goals in the context of the business unit.
Create annual business development budget and perform to exceed the set goals.
Update, enhance, maintain and support the Flight Data Analysis software product.
Job Competencies
Understanding of Aerospace business.
Understanding of research methods to identify new markets and customer needs.Ability to effectively articulate and conduct effective meetings with prospective clients. Ability to write effective business proposals.
Ability to promote company’s products/services & address and predict clients’ objectives.
Understanding of delivery issues in addition to product knowledge.
Ability to manage contracts/keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Ability to build trusting long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
