• Knowledge and In-hand experience in online portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru.
• Generating Business leads from online Bidding Portals & Linkdin.
• Coordinate with the international clients.
• Setting up meeting with Business Managers for confirmed leads.
• Good at collating data and can handle data mining for international clients.
• Involved in making bid strategies for clients.
• Should be able to gather insight for technical team from client for smooth closure of deals.
• Have to be a Techno-Commercial person.
• Has a track record of Achieving Sales & Collection targets.
• Familiarity with IT domain and emerging technologies.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
