Job Description: Voice – chatbot AWS Lex resource
· Understanding the end user’s requirement and translating the requirement into a business requirement document for the Chatbot / Conversational IVR development or implementation.
· Developing chatbot queries and responses model based on the user input in the form of chatbot / Conversational IVR consumable format.
· Transforming the user requirement into the Chabot / Conversational IVR flow and design appropriate module for training and integration to user interface.
· Preparing the PDD Chat bot / Conversational IVR solution.
· Creation of test plan, test cases and testing chatbot / Conversational IVR responses
· Coordinating with Client, Operations, Training, Tech lead and IT team to draft the SDD for Chat / Conversational IVR
Required Skill set:
· 3-5 years’ experience as Business analyst for Chat Bot / Conversational IVR products
· Good knowledge on the capabilities of conversational platform like Amazon Lex, Dialogflow, Luis
· In depth knowledge in Conversational concepts like Utterance, Intents, Entities / Slots, fallback and followup intents etc.
· Knowledge on Database structures and CRUD functions.
· Good communication skills and client facing experience.
