Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst you will Act as an intermediary between the customer and the development team throughout a project’s life cycle. Ensure that the requirements reflect the end users’ needs and that the system being developed reflects the requirements. Prepare requirements documents, user manuals, traceability matrices, business process documents. You will also be responsible for defining requirements, scope and objectives related to overall business strategies for your application together with Client. Work with product management, engineering and development team to extend current product features, usability, documentation, etc.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 6+ years’ experience eliciting requirements during real time collaborative sessions with stakeholders in Agile Development Projects.
  • Experience in software development lifecycle (analysis, development, testing, and documentation)
  • Capacity to work closely with the development team and speak ‘their language’
  • Ability to estimate work effort at project initiation stage as well as project milestones for business analysis/development activities with progressively improved variance to actual effort as scope and requirements are refined
  • Proven track record of delivering high volume, transaction-based systems
  • Strong object oriented analysis and design skills
  • Experience facilitating the development and documentation of use cases
  • Ability to present and explain project specific information to diverse types of audiences
  • Strong ability to define and document business and functional requirements, business process maps (‘As-Is/To be’) flows and diagrams
  • Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Certified CBAP, CSPO, CSM etc
