Technicalskills/ Hands-on:
1.Good experience as Business Functional Analyst / specialist inAirline domain
2. Excellentexperience in Airline functions such as Reservation, Ticketing,Inventory, Revenue/Pricing, Ancillary/EMDs, Interline/Codeshareand Loyalty
3.Experience in understanding of customer business requirements andgood in providing solution
4.Experience on E-commerce, NDC (New Distribution Capability) andinternet platforms related to Reservation booking
5.Hands on experience in Business requirement gathering and userstories requirement specification preparation
6.Experience in connecting with Vendor and Business stakeholders,good in articulate the business need and problems
7.Experience in Business functional flow diagram /wire diagrampreparation for business requirements
8.Experience in supporting Business applications directly and inco-ordination with product vendors
9.Performbusiness and systems analysis for product initiative
10.Document and clarify business requirements and produce detailedAgile/Scrum user stories
Goodto Have :
- GoodKnowledge/ Experience in understanding of Functional integrationsand Business flow integrations
- Experiencein Business scenario preparation and execution
- Goodto have any hands-on exposure to GDS such as Sabre, Amadeus,Navitaire
- Knowledgeof airline/travel industry practices and/or standards: IATA,IATCI/Check-in, EDIFACT and TTY messages related to Reservation
- Previousexperience working directly with customers and supporting customerimplementations
Responsibility:
Strongbackground in Airline domain functionalities, to understand thecustomer requirements, problems and to provide solutions
Toset up meetings with vendors and stakeholders for Businessrequirement discussions and others
Toidentify existing requirements and business functional flows andits gap to improve the flows / to include value adds for thebusiness to meet the current market
Toperform maintenance activities and to work on the incident review,re-producing the failure scenario to report to Vendors
Towork closely with Customer and vendors to enable the communicationfor Business requirements, Change requests and others
Responsiblefor defining and documenting the integrations setup andmaintenance activities
Towork closely with Developers, Architects and Testing teams forBusiness requirement discussions and clarifications
Toreview Business functional flow charts, design documents, testscenarios and share feedback
