Job Location: Gr. Noida Roles & Responsibilities:
A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field
• Strong business analyst skills with a high attention to detail
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Excellent documentation skills
• Familiar with Agile framework
• Business Software/Tools – Microsoft Office, BPMN, UML and Azure DevOps (preferred)
• Experience in working with databases and SQL in a business environment • Testing – Application and User Testing
• Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• HRMS/Workforce Transformation/Recruiting domain experience is Mandatory.
