Business Analyst for Site Ops
Salesforce India is a fast growing entity in terms of revenue, people and programs. The health and vibrancy of the site is assessed through data collected and analyzed from various parts of the organization. This, in turn, is aggregated and presented to key stakeholders to help their understanding of Salesforce India which aids in decision-making. A key group of stakeholders will be the members of the India Council that has recently been agreed upon.
The role involves:

  • Establishing a deep understanding of the various groups that make up Salesforce India
  • Collecting information on latest achievements and impediments from different groups
  • Establishing key metrics to be included to represent the health of Salesforce India
  • Collecting these metrics and creating reports and presentation
  • Putting together a newsletter, in partnership with Comms, for Salesforce India
  • Getting an understanding of the various site-level programs that exist.
  • Program managing these site-level programs and helping launch new ones.
  • Measuring the efficacy of these programs and creating reports that help stakeholders understand the impact
  • Liasoning with similar programs in the US and other parts of the world to adopt and share best practices

Required Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience of working with US MNCs in India
  • MBA or equivalent degree
  • PMP certification a plus
  • Experience in large program coordination
  • Proficiency in usage of Google Collaboration Suite and/or equivalent
  • Experience in creating reports and presentations
  • Location Bangalore or Hyderabad
