Required:
Basic Qualifications –
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Field Services
- 2+ years of experience managing multiple vendors
- 1+ years of experience with utilizing excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3+ Years in EBS (Oracle E-Business Applications Suite) Most people hired have 5+ however.
- Inventory Management and Purchasing Skills
- 1+ year experience with contracting or contract negotiations
Analyst is responsible for aligning with cross-functional, direct leadership, and retail partners in identification according to the assigned launch schedule. The role also proactively identifies outside lead resources, such as trade and licensing sites to complete outbound calls in search of good service partners. The Vendor Identification Analyst proves results through employee engagement, recruiting results, vendor database growth, and individual contributions to best practices.
Soft Skills:
- Not a heads down role- needs someone that’s dynamic and experienced enough to push back where needed.
- Analytic (needs someone analytical vs. creative)
- Excellent Communication Skills
Nice to Have:
- Prior retail experience, supply chain and inventory planning experience, purchasing experience, MRP experience also a plus
- Worked in Corporate Systems, Finance, Tax
