Job Description :
-Responsible for understanding business needs & processes to act as a partnered liaison between business & technical team -Responsible for providing knowledge & expertise to IT, business teams & process owners in identifying opportunities for technology & supporting prioritization -Responsible for building strong collaborative relationships with the specific teams with a specific focus on the teams -Responsible for understanding business processes, eliciting & documenting requirements & coordinating communication among various business groups and IT technical teams -Responsible for building &deploying data management & reporting tools that support identified business needs Essential Duties & Responsibilities •Work directly with the commercial organization & gather reporting requirements •Perform exploratory data exercises to derive insights and patterns in the data •Build & maintain a strong relationship with the divisional teams & functional teams •Partner with business & technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems &the delivery of new solutions & enhancements •Define tangible use cases that align desired technology output to commercial objectives •Recommend business process & system changes to improve efficiency & business outcomes •Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams •Improve the business analysis function through best practices, process management, mentoring & education •Develop data & analytics tool solutions that support business needs with deal management, pricing &sales Education & Training •Bachelor’s degree •Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Computer Information Systems preferred or Data Science or Statistical Qualifications & Exp •Min 5 years of professional experience required in commercial life sciences •Experience working with IQVIA data sets •Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration •Exp with process mapping is req •Exp documenting complex processes & presenting them in a clear & understandable format is req •Demonstrated ability to understand, evaluate &recommend changes to business processes is req •Exp working with high-level business stakeholders is req •Exp working in a regulated env. is preferred •Knowledge of Agile Dev Methodologies preferred
