As a Product/Business Analyst you will work closely with business in conceptualizing a product. Collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization to understand the requirements and create documents which will then be the source for developing a resilient and scalable software which will be used by millions of customers
What will you be doing
Delivery (75%)
• Support the development, delivery and ongoing management of existing and new products across our global platforms.
• Responsible for understanding the client needs, articulating the end-to-end product requirements and delivering the product in a controlled, regulatory and conduct compliant way.
• In addition, the role holder must be acutely aware of the commercial viability of their product through monitoring product performance and profitability as well as the competitive environment to enable delivery of products that are differentiated and relevant to our clients and business.
Stakeholder Management and Leadership (25%)
• Promote and drive stewardship and application best practices within the development team
• Champion innovation by recognising newly arising opportunities for improving customer satisfaction, achieving technical excellence and improving the delivery of a software product.
• Ability to be able to provide succinct details in written format and verbally to Stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
• You’ve worked for relevant years in a technical product management capacity at a technology-driven organization.
• You have worked in managing backlog/prioritization/dependencies for multiple cross-functional/business-line teams working in Agile centric environment for at least 5+ years
• You have excellent knowledge in documenting requirements into specs in forms of Activity Diagram, State Chart Machine, Sequence Diagram, Component Diagram etc.
• You have relevant years of experience in Consumer Lending space / Cards
• Coupled with above, prior experience in Underwriting and/or Credit Risk is desired
• You have prior experience of offering financial product via Digital Channels and is well versed in creating API contracts, and have basic understanding of Micro service and Cloud concepts

• Possess strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, Object Oriented
• Proven expertise in Gathering, identifying and documenting business requirements.
• Expert in Creating functional specifications for new systems and processes.
• Skilled in Understanding business needs as they relate to a potential change or transformation
