Performs complex financial/administrative reporting for contracts and/or programs. Conducts cost, schedule, contract performance, variance and risk analysis, proposal preparation, and prepares reports as required. Participates in the development of cost controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status, ensuring compliance with government and customer requirements.

- Assists in obtaining new business and/or expanding existing accounts.
- Conducts research and analyses of customer needs and requirements.
- May participate in new business meetings or proposal presentations.
- Conducts analyses of competitor products and services.
- May be responsible for customer contact relative to regular account servicing and/or informing them of additional services.
- Develops, implements, and administers financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and government regulations.
- Develops and administers the cost accounting and financial management systems.
- Develops, monitors, and distributes to management essential financial operating reports and forecasts.
- Responsible for negotiating allowable overhead with government.
- Responsible for the development of financial management data reflecting financial condition and operating results.
- Responsible for the employment, training, motivation and evaluation of assigned employees.
A bachelor degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience and two to four years of related experience required.
