Must have excellent communication skills and have worked on either a production team or in a marketing department
•Identify and recommend operational improvement opportunities through reporting, process and trend analysis.
•Develop ad-hoc reports for data analysis to support initiatives.
•Use Cases within Visio Work with business users and IT to identify, gather, analyze, and document business system requirements for correspondence templates
•Document current work flow processes and collaborate with users in identifying, defining, and documenting process improvement options and alternatives, as directed by business needs.
•Perform and document Gap Analysis with previous version of templates Take steps to solve any production issues
•Must have strong analytical skills.
