Position:Business Analyst

JDforBusiness Analyst:
This role focuses on four primary capabilities
1. Business Process Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, Just Do It)
2. Process Assessment and Value Targeting (VSM, Kaizen, 7 Wastes, 5S etc.)
3. Organizational Enablement (BPMS, Rules Management)
4. Technology Enablement (RPA, Data & Analytics)
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Engage at a deep level with business teams across NetApp to assess systems, value streams, processes, and practices whilst maintaining a broad perspective.
2. Identify & establish Value Stream wide process simplification efforts which result in simple & effective processes.
3. Partner with the multidisciplinary teams to deploy the robust systems and processes to add business value. Qualifications Bachelors degree in mathematics or science Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from reputed organization.

- 5 to 10 years experience in any industry or consulting environment in business process lifecycle management. Well experienced in established improvement & optimization approaches and tools (e.g., Lean management, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in implementation of process transformation and stakeholder engagement.
- Working knowledge and experience with several Agile methodologies: SCRUM, Kanban, Scaled Agile.
- Experience in leveraging technology to increase productivity, reducing costs through automation, solutions implementation preferred.
Strong intrinsic problem-solving skills:
- Ability to structure and solve problems independently with demonstrated analytic, conceptual, and quantitative skills.
- Ability to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams & people at all levels of the organization. Influencing skills that drive alignment in a non-hierarchical environment.
- Track record of consistently delivering high-impact results to meet business needs.
