Location : Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai
Notice Period : Immediate to 15days
PFB JD for Process Consultant /BA position,
Deliver Service Integration (SI)or Service Management (SM) engagements for Clients
Organize SI/SM process workshop with client
Work with Tools team to construct process models in to the tool platform
Define and develop project related artifacts
Participate in various Service Integration and Service Management reviews
Participate in various project related Service Integration/SM discussion
Prepare project progress report
Work with different stakeholders to discuss project Service Integration/SM activities, deliverables
Facilitate various testing / validation activities
Organize / conduct trainings
Prepare project handover document and organize meetings
Expert understanding of IT Service Management concepts underpinned by formal ITIL certification ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate
Hands on experience on ServiceNow tool
