Purpose of the Job
Analyse the processes and needs of the organisation, elicit requirements and be a bridge between business problems and technical solutions
Job Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to identify and clearly define the business and technology needs, translate them into requirements for new or existing products
Analyse and capture business processes, user journeys, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility and recommend new approaches
Identify any significant business rules that will influence the solution designs
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure their continued buy-in and engagement, and to drive timely decision making.
Analyse and communicate requirements using workflows, wireframes and by breaking them down into user stories
Coordinate and manage internal or outsourced projects if needed
Ensure requirements traceability and testing coverage, actively support the business when undertaking UAT
Write documentation and provide end user training
Assess risks & dependencies, and prioritize competing business demands
Work with Product Owners and Agile teams to communicate requirements, conduct backlog grooming sessions, play sprint master as needed and be available throughout sprints.
Required Competencies
Educational Qualification : Bachelor Degree
Skill Competencies : A few years of proven business analysis experience gathering and documenting high-quality business requirements at the level necessary to build new solutions or to extend or customize existing products
Ability to break down high-level requirements into user stories, process flows and wireframes
Experience interacting with business stakeholders through workshops, interviews and written communication
Excellent stakeholder management
Exposure to full product development from requirements capture through to handover within the product management life-cycle
Understanding of the data flows of current products, knowledge of how integrations and APIs work
Logical and organised with the ability to prioritise, and make decisions
Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and demands simultaneously
Broad IT domain experience in Applications Development, Project Management and Vendor Management
Experience working with or implementing CRM systems is an added bonus
