• A minimum of 3.0 – 5.0 Years Business Analysis experience and relevant tertiary qualification and/or professional experience in one or more of the following;
• Software Design, Software implementation of financial services or BFSI or leasing or Commercial Lending domain.
• A passion for technology and you can hold your own in a conversation with a team of Designers, Product Owners, Architect, Project Managers, and Developers.
• Be someone who has an eye for detail, an inquisitive mind and an ability to extricate requirements using a variety of methods.
• An in-depth understanding of the SDLC
• Outstanding communication skills – both written and oral. In particular, you must be able to:-
• Apply strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Quickly gain an understanding of our organization and culture as well as our controls, processes, tools, and systems.
• Demonstrate analysis and sharing of complex information.
• Demonstrate sound analytical, design and problem-solving skills.
• Show a positive, proactive and professional attitude.
• Resource coordination for the team, in consultation with project managers and other team leaders
• Guide team towards successful project deliveries
• Able to work on multiple streams of work.
