Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate, plan, execute, maintain and control Business Analysis activities on projects within agreed cost, time and quality.
- Translate Business requirements into user stories / wireframes (both functional and system operational requirements), maintain product backlog and work with client on elaboration as well as with Stakeholders, Project Managers & Implementation team with an ambiguity resolution.
- Works with Clients, stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
- Must understand how the B2B products operates in the Global Market.
- Develops and provides required end-user training to the Clients.
- Configure and document software and processes, using agreed standards and tools.
- Assess the model processes, data flows and technology to understand the current value, issues and identify the opportunities of improvement in the efficiency & effectiveness of the business & system process.
- Ensure traceability of requirements from business needs and requirements, through testing and scope changes till the final solution.
- Encounter casual meets to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
- Identify and establish the scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-to-project basis to define the impact, outcome criteria, assess the risk and metrics.
- Supports the teams during the evaluating the solution feasibility, Solution design, Regulatory & compliance aspects of the project.
- Researches, reviews, and analyses the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
- Should be able to visualise beyond the current scope of task and should be able to pose advanced IT propositions to stakeholders with innovative solutions
- Responsible to drive UAT & functional testing to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized as per the acceptance criteria.
- Analyse and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
- Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
- Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner which is quite easy for a developers / Project Team to understand.
- Creates process models, specifications, illustrations and charts to provide direction to developers and the project team.
- Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence.
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as needed.
- Communicates changes, enhancements and modifications of business requirements through written as well as verbal to the respective project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
