The Role Responsibilities
• Business Analyst
• Gathering of requirements from business
• Analyzing and Converting business requirement into Functional specifications
• Preparation of Functional Specifications and System Requirement
• Manage user stories and acceptance criteria has to be defined as a user cases for dev team to understand on the changes
• Provide guidance to the dev team from a requirement perspective
• Providing functional support during SIT / UAT phases
• Functional analysis of the SIT / UAT defects and recommend solutions, provide input to dev team for defects resolution
• Analysis of defects and provide input to Dev / PSS for defect resolution for post implementation
• Able to work on both Agile and Waterfall Model
• Provide regular and timely updates to project team
Our Ideal Candidate
• 10 to 15 years of Business Analyst experiences with Banking domain knowledge required.
• Operational Risk domain and GRC system implementation experience is preferred.
• Knowledge in Operational Risk – Loss Management, Issue Management, Process Universe, Risk, Control and Metric Modules
• Knowledge in BCM %26amp; Compliance risk assessment are preferred
• Experience with implementation of metric stream or open pages or RSA archer GRC applications
• Worked in Agile system development lifecycle projects is preferred.
• Experience in Data analysis.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Good presentation skills.
